Workforce Training and Upgrading Funding
The Workforce Training and Upgrading Scheme co-funds the costs of selected training courses to upgrade the skills of workforce in the built environment. Firms in the construction sector with local or foreign workforce who meet the qualifying criteria may apply to the Scheme for funding support for training courses and assessment approved by BCA.
How would you benefit?
For Singaporeans / PRs
90%
Up to 90%* funding available
-
Achieved at least 75% course attendance rate; and
-
Sat for the assessments.
For Foreigners
40%
Up to 40%* funding available
-
Must possess at least 4 years of construction experience in Singapore;

Achieved at least 75% course attendance rate; and
-
Sat for and pass the assessments.

How to apply?
With effect from 24 Jan 2017, firms (with WTUS account) may apply for WTU funding support from One-Stop (https://www.bca.gov.sg/ams_public/) after Multi-skilling registration directly.
No separate application for WTU funding is required.
