With effect from 1 May 2013, the Code of Practice for Info-Communication Facilities in Buildings 2013 (“COPIF 2013”) mandated Developer / Owner to get the Fibre Readiness Certification prior to obtaining the Temporary Occupation Permit (“TOP”).
